THIS SERVICE INCLUDES:

• Lifestyle and Inspiration Meeting

• Conceptual design

• Floor plans to scale with furniture layout

• Renderings for visualization

• Fixtures, finishes, furnishings and accessory selections

• Recommendations from designer-only trade resources

• Design presentation

• Collaboration with any subcontractors required (in partnership with GC, when needed)

• Site visits throughout project

• Procurement

• Delivery management

• Hands-on decorating and styling

Turn-Key projects will move through our 5-Phase Process, beginning with a required Space Assessment Meeting. The Space Assessment Meeting is also a time to get to know you a little and for you to learn more about us as well. Our desire is for you to feel confident and comfortable partnering with us on your home transformation. Following the meeting, we will provide you with a detailed proposal outlining the scope of the project, estimated costs, and next steps for moving forward.

Turn-Key projects are charged a flat rate with a 2 room minimum.

If you have a project with less than 2 rooms, but would still like to work with us, we’re happy to set up a call to discuss the details of your project.

*Please note: We are not contractors. We work with subcontractors to oversee the design element of their work. We do not produce permitted construction documents.   The selection and hiring of contractors is the responsibility of the client.
